All profiles of the system have 3 gaskets.
Optional 3rd gasket may not be used in undesirable situations as the gaskets are applied by passing on the profile.
It is possible to use glass units up to 44 mm.

Wind Load Resistance
The Redonit system has been designed and successfully passed the safety test at 3,000 Pa (245 km/h) wind load resistance and 600 Pa (110 km/h) water tightness resistance.
While developing Redonit, the maximum wind load values that the structures can be exposed to were taken into consideration, and the structure of the support sheets and their positions in the profile were designed to achieve maximum efficiency.
The system easily provides the strength values required for closing wide openings in modern multi-storey buildings, thanks to its detail and grillage profiles.
The system can meet the required inertia values against high wind loads thanks to its Class A wall thickness and support sheets.
Water and Air Tightness
Thanks to the water discharge angle and sets developed for faster and more comfortable water discharge, superior resistance to rain is provided even at high wind loads.
In the tests carried out under 600 Pa (110 km/h) wind load, at a rain flow rate of 4 liters/minute, no water leakage was observed in the indoor environment.
With the 3rd gasket system it has, the passage of water to the indoor environment is completely prevented.
Thermal insulation
The Redeonit system is designed to achieve the lowest heat transmission coefficient that can be achieved in window systems with its superior features such as 85 mm profile width, 7 chamber system, the ability to use glass units up to 44 mm, chamber widths and profile heights.
While thermal insulation is provided at the highest level with the specially designed casing, wing and 3rd intermediate gasket feature used in the system; Thanks to the energy savings it provides in summer and winter months, Redonit is an investment that pays for itself.
Ug : 0.6 W/m2K, Uw : 0.93 W/m2K and Uf : 1.07 W/m2K values are provided with the window system measuring 1.23 m x 1.43 m in accordance with TS EN ISO 10077-2 standard.
Sound insulation
With the Redonit 85 series, sound insulation up to 44 dB can be achieved. Thus, it is possible to create a quality life-level sound environment even in the loudest environments.
Thanks to the specially designed gasket system of the Redonit 85 series, maximum values in acoustic insulation are achieved.
With the sound insulation to be created by the acoustic glasses that can be used with the system, it is ensured that the noise from the external environment is isolated from the internal environments in the most effective way.
